SALES: All sales final after payment or credit verification has been approved.
RETURNS: All returned merchandise must be received within 3 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. No returned merchandize shall be received by the seller without authorization.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: All claims for breakage and/or damage, whether concealed or obvious, must be reported immediately by the purchaser to the carrier and seller. All merchandize damaged during shipping must be received by the seller within 3 days. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims. When a damage claim is made, purchaser may be entitled to reshipment of merchandize. Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund without approval of seller.
SELLER'S LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, injury to business or reputation. The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.
DELIVERY: All orders will be shipped within 3~5 days. Purchaser agrees to authorize any person receiving delivery to sign delivery receipt for purchaser. If purchaser is unable to accept delivery, then an additional delivery surcharge will be added before re-delivery.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: All California residents must pay 9.75% sales tax. All purchaser must pay an additonal $20 to $50 depend on the size for shipping and handling only apply for customers locate in 48 states of United states, except Hawaii & Alaska need to contact us for freight charged service.
WARRANTY: No oral or statutory or implied warranties other than of title shall apply to the merchandise sold by the seller to the purchaser. All parts carry a 1 year warranty.
Note! Any under warranty merchandise return for repair, customer will be responsible for one way of shipping cost. After repaired manufactory will cover one way shipping cost return back to customer.
Please understand that any neon & Led breakage is NOT covered under your warranty. If it is determined that there is a break in your neon or led, you will be contacted with a repair price and we will get your OK before we make any repairs. You will be responsible for all return shipping cost if the repair is not covered under warranty.
